GIRC5.20 + UTF-8 script

What happens if you unload this utf8 script?

So if you don't use, your UTF-8 script, you see everything correct, but your friends don't see special polish characters. And if you use it, you see everything correct but twice and your friends see everything correct.

Is this right?
