Oder wenn du zu schnell hintereinander zu viele Leute DCC'st (z.B. mit dem [url=http://tuxman.dyndns.org/lodirc/exploit.php]mIRC-Exploit[/url]), bekommste die Meldung auch irgendwann...

you are doing something too fast. e.g too many commands in one minute.
