[5.16] LAGCHK spam

Bug:
When the Lagbar is enabled, you continuously get a "LAGCHK (some number)" notice.
Solution:
Open the mIRC script editor (Alt+R) with gamersirc.grc, scroll to line 5236:
Change that line to:
